SENS - Resignation and appointment of Financial Director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Ms Esther Johnson has resigned as Financial Director of Miranda. Ms Johnson`s resignation is effective immediately. The board of Miranda would like to thank Ms Johnson for her contribution over the past six months, which has been a very difficult period for the Company. The board wishes Ms Johnson well in her future endeavours.

SENS - Miranda Annual report Released
Miranda Mineral Holdings, the South African mineral exploration, mining development and investment holding company, today posted its 2011 Integrated Report to shareholders. In his statement to shareholders, the newly elected Chairman, Dr Lelau Mohuba, commented on the renewed focus of the company, “This focus, which includes operations involving the exploitation of coal deposits will create opportunities, as (the company’s new major shareholder) Incubex is seeking to introduce other coal assets to the company”.
